Through The Alpha Omega Group, I've provided assistance to several local non- profits, to include assistance with the success of “Making Proud Choices”, a national campaign to prevent teen pregnancy.
Additionally, The Alpha Omega Group provided community development and public relations for Jefferson County Commission.
From 2013 served as a Small Business Program Manager with Operation Hope, providing supportive services to small business owner in Central Alabama, until 2015.
Serving as the Executive Director for the Birmingham Black Chamber Commerce, for 4 years. In that capacity, developed a plan to empower our community through entrepreneurship. Co- Chairman of the Jefferson County Chapter of the Alabama Federation of Democratic Women and a founding member of the Birmingham Chapter of the National Congress of Black Women.
